Shipping Info

The map above represents approximate delivery time as given from our shippers.  Pleas realize these times may be impacted by weather or other conditions beyond our control and these delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If merchandise is needed for a specific date, we recommend you select an expedited service such as USPS, etc. When the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from our shippers which will allow you to track the package for a more exact delivery date.

Pre-Order Merchandise

If an item is available for PRE-ORDER, this simply means you can buy it before it is available. The PRE-ORDER item(s) will be shipped separately from your order until they become available at our distribution center. Order information and availability is stated clearly on the website before adding the PRE-ORDER item to your cart. All items available for PRE-ORDER will have a preceding SKU tag of "PRE-".

Drop Ship Merchandise

Drop Ship and/or Special Order products will ship from Vendors Location.

Canada & International Orders

International orders are always welcome; however, certain restrictions may apply. Due to inconsistencies within some international financial institutions we cannot always verify a card holder’s address. In these instances, you will be asked to submit the funds via bank transfer rather than the usual credit card method. Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes, tariffs, or other charges that may be levied on international orders.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout based on the current USPS charges for the weight, method, and destination of your order. Shipping methods and costs are clearly shown at the point of checkout for your selection.

Shipping Times

Every effort is made to process orders as expediently as possible and most orders are generally processed within 24 hours of purchase. Customers will be notified if processing exceeds 48 hours for selected USPS Air Shipments and 72 hours for selected USPS Ground Shipments.

Note that this applies to weekday orders only.

There is no processing done on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

Further delays can sometimes be attributed to USPS shipping schedules.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for USPS failing to ship within the confines of its promised delivery time.
